Refunds & Returns

Please note that no returns are accepted unless they have been agreed by email. If returns are made without this contact being made your chosen course of action (refund/replacement) may be delayed.

  1. Should your item(s) be received in a damaged condition you must notify us by email (nextday@email.com) within 1 day from receipt of your order.
     
  2. If you wish to return product(s) you should inform us of your decision within 7 days of the date on which you received the item (s). Please contact us by email (nextday@email.com)
     
  3. Subject to satisfactory inspection of the goods by us, we will refund you any payment paid for the product, less the return carriage fee, which will normally equate to the outbound carriage charge.
     
  4. Your product must be complete, unused and in unopened condition.
     
  5. We will always offer you the choice of a replacement or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that your product(s) are accompanied by the original delivery note.
     
  6. Should you wish to report a faulty item please email us (nextday@email.com)

Please note that we can not be held responsible for loss of income and/or travel cost due to late delivery or product fault.
